 For Marriage Migrant (F-6) visas in Korea, there are three types of visas as follows.  F-6-1 Spouse of national A foreigner with valid marital status in Korea who plans to stay in Korea to continue married life with a Korean national F-6-2 Those rearing children Father or mother of minor child born after a marriage with Korean (including de facto marriage), but not qualified for F-6-1 (spouse of Korean citizen), who is raising or is planning to raise the child in Korea F-6-3 Persons with discontinued mariage A person who, while staying in the country while married to a citizen spouse, is unable to maintain a normal marital relationship due to the spouse's death, disappearance, or other reasons for which he or she is not responsible.
