How to get your Certificate of Income in Korea
Hello Guys!
Today I'm gonna tell you about getting certified documents issued by Korean government especially by the National Tax Service; that is, 소득금액증명원.
In order to get your Certificate of Income (소득금액증명원) issued by Korea Government, there are several ways you can take.
1. Community Service Center (행정복지센터)
Visit a nearby Community Service Center with your ID card to get it issued.
Community Service Center opens 9 am. to 6 pm.
Lunch time is 12pm to 1pm.
Some offices are open during lunch hours (although it is not common).
You can call them before you go if you have to visit at lunch hours.
2. Tax Office (세무서)
Bring your ID card to the Tax Office and apply for issuance.
3. KIOSK (무인민원발급기)
You can use kiosk installed by the government.

4. Gov24 website (정부24 사이트)
Gov24 is the online govertment portal service to refer to, apply for, browse and issue the civil documents on line at any time without visiting administrative agencies.
You can visit the site to get a Certificate of Income.
It can be obtained without login, but requires authentication process via mobile phone number .

5. HomeTax website (홈택스 사이트)
You can get a certificate of income document after you login to the hometax website.

6. Sontax app (홈택스 앱)
Membership registration is possible with either hometax website or sontax app.
After you sign up, the process is almost same with Hometax website use.
